Task Creation & Execution

Tasks is stuck on Waiting for a Sandbox to be Available

This status means that you've hit a soft limit on the number of new sandboxes that can be created per user per hour. The system will start your new tasks as soon as the limit is reset typically within 5-10 minutes.

Environment Variables are not working

Changes to environment variables are only available for tasks created after the changes are made. Double check for typos in variable names, trailing spaces, and ensure the variables are saved.

GitHub Integration

Can't See My GitHub Repositories

• Confirm which repositories you've granted access to in Settings
• Ensure you're logged in with the correct GitHub account

GitHub PRs are not being created

• Check for branch protection rules that may be preventing DevBoxer from pushing to the branch
• Verify you have push access to the repository

GitHub @-mentions are not working

• Verify GitHub App is installed on the repository
• Check you have a DevBoxer account with the same GitHub email
• Ensure you're mentioning @devboxerhub exactly
• Make sure you're tagging @devboxerhub in a repository you've granted access to in Settings
